Objective:
Innovative Data Analyst with Proven Results in Strategy Development, Performance Improvement, and Predictive Analytics.

Experience:
I have worked as a Data Analyst at the University of North Alabama, where I utilized game films and Instat to collect and compile ten years of data for the UNA Women's soccer team using Python and Excel. I conducted in-depth data analysis to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and developed strategies to improve the team's win-draw-loss ratio. I developed interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize player contributions and identify areas for improvement, and employed Numpy and Pandas to optimize player and team training sessions and improve play performance. I identified three high-value neglected variables and incorporated them into the analysis, leading to a 17.8% increase in the goal rate. I also analyzed data to optimize goalkeeper and defender training sessions, resulting in a decrease in the goal conceded rate by 33.16% and improved defense strategies. I prepared pre-match reports for the coach, including player selection, tactics, and situation-based decision-making, resulting in an overall improvement in the team's Instat Index by 6.06%. I also analyzed set piece datasets and improved the conversion rate by 21.3% for crosses and corners, giving better results during set piece plays.

As an Analytics Consultant at Solugenix Corporation, I developed and implemented an automated system to analyze client portfolio value changes yearly to identify potential risks and inform risk mitigation and transformation strategies. I utilized geospatial data to create dynamic visualizations of total insured property values for clients, providing critical insights for effective and efficient decision-making. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and successful implementation of solutions. I conducted ongoing analysis and reporting of solutions, providing critical insights to key stakeholders and executive leadership. I applied advanced data analytics, validation, and enrichment techniques to improve data quality and completeness, ensuring accurate and actionable insights.

I also worked on various personal projects, including New York Taxi Fare Price Prediction using Machine Learning, where I created an automated system to predict New York taxi fares with a given dataset of 60 million observations. I worked on Australia Weather Prediction using Machine Learning, where I used ten years of Australia's weather data to solve a classification model by creating an automated system that predicts whether it will rain tomorrow with only six variables. Lastly, I worked on Flight Delay Prediction using Machine Learning, where I used open-source US Govt Work data to create an automated system to predict a flight delay at the destination airport in January. I also conducted exploratory data analysis on US Covid-19 Data, Hotel Reservation Data, and LA Crime Data.

Education:
I received my MBA in Information Systems from the University of North Alabama in May 2023 with a GPA of 3.4/4. Prior to that, I completed my BBA in Banking Financial Services & Insurance from Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India in May 2020 with a GPA of 3.0/4.
