Job Description:
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Plan, set up and administer accounting systems
Supervise staff of 3-4 people
Train staff
Arrange training for staff
Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control.
Prepare financial statements and reports
Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices
Act or other statutory requirements
Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting and internal control procedure
Prepare income tax returns from accounting records
Analyze financial documents and reports
Examine accounting records
Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
Oversee payroll administration
Job Requirements:
Requirements
Education: Completion of College is required
Experience: 30 months of on-the-job training or 3 years of proven experience on the field is required. Alternatively, being eligible to obtain a license from Chartered Professional Accountants from Ontario upon completion of evaluation is also required.
Ability to supervise at least 4 people.

Salary: The salary of this position is 43.27 CAD per hour, 35 hours per week.
Important Information: Flexibility on schedule is required. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Weekends and public holidays if required.
