Position: Truck Drivers Supervisor
💰 Salary: $32.50 per hour
📍 Location: Regina, SK
🕒 Full-time Position
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Supervising Drivers – Assigning routes, monitoring performance, and providing training.
✔ Ensuring Compliance – Enforcing safety regulations, HOS rules, and conducting safety meetings.
✔ Managing Fleet Operations – Coordinating vehicle maintenance, scheduling repairs, and overseeing cargo handling.
✔ Tracking Shipments – Using GPS tracking, ensuring timely deliveries, and coordinating with dispatchers/customers.
✔ Handling Administrative Tasks – Maintaining records, reviewing fuel consumption, and managing driver payroll.
✔ Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution – Handling driver concerns, responding to accidents, and optimizing operations.
Qualifications:
📌 Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
📌 Experience: 1-2 years in a supervisory role
