Title: Nurse Manager

Summary:
The Nurse Manager of Clinical Operations embraces a spirit of continual improvement and possesses a relentless drive toward excellence. They are accountable for the 24/7 operations of their defined units and for the quality of care delivered and outcomes of the areas under their leadership. The Nurse Manager establishes an environment where healing and wellness are optimized, and the core values of the organization are realized for both patients and caregivers. The Nurse Manager leads effective care delivery through strong caregiver engagement, wise use of resources, and compassionately holds others accountable for their behaviors and actions. Nurse Managers are accountable for unit adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards of performance. The Nurse Manager develops and mentors their direct reports and plans for succession. They are informed by the highest level of evidence available when developing standards and modifying care delivery systems. Nurse Managers actively support the system's strategic priorities and programs.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the 24/7 operations of assigned clinical units and ensure high-quality care and patient outcomes.
Lead teams through strong caregiver engagement, resource optimization, and accountability.
Foster an environment where healing and wellness are prioritized for both patients and caregivers.
Develop and mentor direct reports, with a focus on succession planning and career growth.
Establish and sustain collaborative inter-professional relationships.
Support and contribute to strategic priorities and initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including progressive leadership roles.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in a related field.
National Certification from a recognized professional organization in a relevant clinical field.
Coursework in management, finance, and administrative subjects.
Previous management experience.

Skills and Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with progressive leadership roles.

3 years of Clinical experience
