Position: SR BA/ TPO
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)

Job Description
• 10+ years of relevant BA experience. Formulate a product's vision and strategy in alignment with an organization's vision, and goals.
• Collaborating with business leaders and users to understand business needs and pain points and translate them into product requirements.
• Creating and managing the product backlog and prioritize them based on business needs and changing requirements.
• Overseeing the product development lifecycle and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Create wireframes and work with designers to generate UI/UX. Review with business leaders and get sign-offs.
• Developing user stories and explaining them to developers and testers.
• Participating in the SIT, UAT and Go-Live process.
• Liaising with product teams and business leaders to deliver updates
• Communicate challenges and blockers that impact delivery, get them resolved and communicate new timelines prominently.
• Manage and conduct scrum ceremonies including DSM, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospective.
• Highlight significant accomplishments and value-adds during the product development life cycle.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Understanding business needs / mapping it to the business processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, listening and probing skills.
• Experience in any of the requirement management tool is a must
