Title of position: 1 Finance Vice-President - Food Wholesaling
Terms of employment: Full-time, year-round work
Duties:
• Set financial objectives, approve policies, and allocate resources to achieve company goals.
• Oversee the establishment of departments and senior staff roles, ensuring organizational efficiency.
• Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to the General Manager and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the finance department, managing cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, aligning strategies with company goals.
• Implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and efficiency.
• Represent the company in negotiations with lenders and financial institutions.
• Select and manage senior staff, fostering teamwork across departments.
Wages: $47.69/hr for 40 hours per week
