Our products are created with the highest-grade wood material or the latest wood grain melamine. We also build home office units, custom entertainment systems and cabinets. We are currently looking for an office furniture installer, who are meticulous and skilled for assembling components of office furniture to join our company.
Job Title: Office Furniture Installer
Wage: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour (Depending on Working Experience)
Working Hours: 30 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Starting Date of Employment: As Soon As Possible
Position Available: 2
Benefit: 10 business days of paid vacation or 4% vacation pay
Working Location: 1100 – 11180 River Road, Richmond, B.C. V6X 1Z5
Job Duties:
-Read and interpret assembly instructions and prepare necessary materials and tools;
-Understand technical design/instructions to determine layout and installation procedures;
-Estimate and score guiding patterns for installing;
-Manually install, repair and service industrial products such as murphy bed, cabinets, office furniture, desks with hand and power tools;
Job Requirements:
Qualification:
-Completion of secondary school is usually required;
-On-the-job training is provided;
-Previous working experience as an office furniture installer in the same industry is preferred but not mandatory;
-Working knowledge of English;
-Ability to be detail oriented and problem-solving skills.
