Job Description:
• Collect and document user requirements to ensure database solutions align with project needs.
• Design and develop database architecture for various information systems projects.
• Design, construct, modify, integrate, implement, and test data models and database management systems.
• Conduct research and provide advice to other informatics professionals on selecting, applying, and implementing database management tools.
• Operate database management systems to analyze data and perform data mining analysis.
• Lead, coordinate, or supervise other team members in this group.
Job Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree or completion of a college program in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong experience in computer programming and related technical fields.
• Proven expertise in database design, architecture, and management systems.
• Familiarity with data mining techniques and tools for analyzing and processing large datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to advise on database tool selection and application.
• Leadership or team coordination experience is considered an asset
