Job Description:
Supervise assigned direct reports in the IT department, including hiring, creation of task plans and individual goals, performance management, time-keeping and attendance.
Partner with department business process owners and stakeholders to identify opportunities to use technology to improve business processes and operations.
Develop and oversee a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with enterprise-wide business intelligence efforts, enhancing predictive analytics capabilities.
Spearhead the adoption of technologies in areas such as AI and machine learning, integrating these into Salesforce and Veeva systems for advanced customer and patient relationship management.
Initiate and lead innovation labs within the IT department to prototype and test new technologies that can provide a competitive edge.
Design enterprise architecture that encompasses the integration of ServiceNow ITSM for streamlined service management, alongside robust CRM and ERP systems, to facilitate agile and efficient operations.
Strengthen compliance frameworks to exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements, leveraging technology solutions to automate and monitor compliance processes.
Direct the integration of advanced cybersecurity measures into business systems, ensuring robust defense mechanisms against evolving threats.
Manage vendor partners providing support and development resources to the business systems and associated projects.
Monitor performance of the Inogen corporate IT business systems to ensure required service levels are met to meet the needs of the business.
Employ advanced analytics techniques using platforms like Snowflake and Celonis to drive data-centric decision-making, forecasting trends, and strategic planning.
Design and maintain robust data solutions, leveraging Snowflake for cloud data storage and analytics, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility align with business intelligence goals.
Evaluate and implement data management practices to optimize storage, processing, and retrieval processes within the enterprise IT framework.
Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive risk management plan for IT systems, addressing potential impacts on business continuity.
Champion the use of advanced simulation models to test and improve business continuity plans in the face of various risk scenarios.
Lead projects to enhance or implement new IT business system capabilities.
Support business initiatives requiring use of the IT business systems and/or implementation of new capabilities and technologies.
Prepare annual forecast and budget for enterprise business system purchases, implementation and support.
Evaluate and select new Salesforce tools, technologies, and vendors, ensuring alignment with business needs and security requirements.
Define Salesforce-related policies, procedures, and strategies
Lead the Architecture of secure, user-centric customer and patient portals, with a strong focus on implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to ensure data privacy and security.
Manage all the Data Platforms (e.g., Snowflake, FiveTran, PowerBI, Tableau)
Manage all the integration platforms such as Boomi or MuleSoft.
