JOB DESCRIPTION
Title:
Farm Supervisor
Terms of Employment:
Full time, Permanent, Part Time, Weekends, Day-time, Evening (as required)
Salary:
$19.00 /hour for 30 to 40 hours a week
Anticipated Start Date:
As soon as possible
Positions available:

SKILLS
• Develop work schedules and establish procedures
• Maintain quality control in the farm, stables and stalls
• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
• Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
• Supervise maintenance of farm equipment and machinery
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Languages- English
Education- Not required
Experience- Any farm related courses would be an asset, Upto 1 year of experience is
required (gained from working in family farm is also acceptable)
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
Physically active
Working for extended periods of time
Outdoor work (Varying weather conditions)
