Job Description:
• Direct business operations for product development for manufacturing and distribution of industrial robots and robotic systems.
• Develop and implement long-term business goals and objectives for product development by coordinating with customers.
• Collaborate with other department to define product features, functionalities, and user experience based on customer needs and feedback.
• Direct quality control, sales, logistics distribution, and warehouse management activities for various types of industrial robots to ensure that products meet acceptable quality and efficiency standards.
• Coordinate and manage the product development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Set and track project timelines, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Review and approve sales strategies to ensure continued relationship with current customers as well as to identify potential customers to maximize sales profits.
• Direct customer services activities regarding sales, marketing, or quality control to assure equitable and courteous resolutions.
• Monitor product adoption and success metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Job Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
