Job Description:
Validation Engineer is needed to perform the following duties:
· Defining Set of operational and functional tests associated with tablet press, water production vessels, lyophilizers, Spectrophotometer, Plate Readers, Genetic Analyzers which are to be executed as per the regulations set by the company
· Comprehending engineering drawings for different instruments, understanding tolerances, stresses, and bending properties
· Understanding material properties of instruments such as reactions of metals with chemicals
· Analyzing test results based on set parameters and their impacts on the products
· Understand CAD drawings for instruments and have ability to design drawings in AutoCAD
· Perform temperature mapping of refrigerators, freezers and incubators
· Understand process parameters associated with end product in a laboratory setting
· Collaborate and provide expertise in developing, troubleshooting and repairing the equipment
· Analyze validation data, prepare reports and make recommendation for changes
· Ensure compliance with FDA, and CGMP regulations for all drafted documentation such as Qualification protocols
Be able to understand and comprehend technical papers and technical manuals associated with laboratory instruments
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree is required in Engineering Management or Mechanical Engineering .
