Job Requirements:
Responsibilities:
• Develop effective sales strategies to meet sales targets, which includes determining target markets, segments, and accounts to focus on.
• Manage the sales team to accomplish sales objectives and provide outstanding customer service through guidance, training, and counselling.
• Monitor sales performance, a nalyze sales data, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate marketing initiatives to the sales team and ensure alignment with sales efforts.
• Adopt performance-derived insights and analyze market trends and customer behaviour to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
• Plan regional and divisional sales operations to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Recruit, onboard, and train sales staff to ensure a high-performing team.
• Formulate strategic initiatives to facilitate the launch and advertising of new products.
• Enhance the selling capabilities and deliver exceptional customer service by providing sales staff with comprehensive training on product features, benefits, and usage.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional activities, campaigns, and product demonstrations to increase brand awareness and boost sales.
