Skills: • Expert in reviewing mechanical site design drawings, related vendor supplier drawings and installation instructions, and studying potential interference problems of mechanical systems. • Expert in preparing and managing field material cost, including estimating the quantities and material take offs of the field purchases of materials. • Expert in establishing work schedules and programs and ensuring project deliverables are submitted to client on time and within budget. • Expert in providing engineering disposition and initiating Requests for Information (RFI) and Field Change Documents (FCD) for installation of mechanical/piping failures or unexpected discrepancy about the design. • Collaboratively led and supervised workers in planning and executing project’s work using the established methods and procedures in piping/ mechanical installation, modification and commissioning and testing. • Performed inspections of all piping and mechanical work in progress on a continuing basis, witnessed tests and completed final P&ID check prior to turnover. • Adaptable to new processes, sectors and cultures and able to consistently build a mutually beneficial relationships with clients/contractors and forges strong alliances. • A strong team player with excellent communication and written skills that provides value-added solutions within a fast-paced environment. • Expert in MS Office Suite and Project Management related software.
