Power Generation Director 2013–Present
Provide leadership in several projects to support the installation and repair of 33kV power distribution and earthing grounding systems protection and controls for the Ministry of Energy. Oversee the installation of 5MW diesel power generator systems, which include the operations and maintenance (O&M) program at the Bo Power Station facility.

Key Highlights:
- Developed designs for power plants and distribution centers, thus positioning the company as the first independent power producer in Sierra Leone, and enabling the company to receive the first power purchase agreement with the Ministry of Energy
- Successfully delivered power to areas that had not received power in more than 10 years
