Responsibilities Commodity Manager

•Management of engineering and technical expenditures for the corporation valued at $250 million annually, across five business units: Distribution, Transmission, Fossil, Nuclear South, and Nuclear Northeast.
•Management of Commodity Team consisting of Supply Chain staff located in New Orleans, LA, Jackson, MS, and White Plains, NY, representing a $.75 million operating budget.
•Develop, negotiate, and execute sourcing strategies for engineering and technical services, such as project management, testing, analysis, and calibration, design engineering, etc…

Responsibilities Manager Order Fulfillment

•Management of Distribution, Transmission, Fossil, and Corporate repetitive expenditures for materials and services valued at $750 million annually, across four state regions: Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas.
•Management of material and service procurement staff located in New Orleans, LA, Beaumont, TX, Greenville, MS, and Little Rock, AR, representing a $1.9 million operating budget.
•Develop and execute a single procurement process for tactical procurement transactions across multiple business units, including a single records management and compliance process ensuring all SOX requirements are satisfied.

Responsibilities Manager Investment Recovery

•Management of Entergy’s investment recovery function for all regions: Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, and North East, and all business units: Distribution, Transmission, Fossil, Corporate, Nuclear South, and Nuclear Northeast representing an annual return of $11 million.

Responsibilities

•Management of Distribution expenditures for materials and services valued at $400 million annually, across four state regions: Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas.
•Management of material and service procurement staff located in New Orleans, LA, Beaumont, TX, Clinton, MS, and Little Rock, AR, representing a $1.25 million operating budget.
•Develop, negotiate, and execute sourcing strategies for commodity and engineered materials and services, such as transformers, pole-line hardware, MRO, wood pole, conductor, lighting, vegetation management, line construction services, etc…

COLLABORATIVE SOURCING MANAGER, Entergy, New Orleans, LA 2003

Responsibilities

•Management of 27 company wide sourcing and project teams which generated $36 million in savings (3 year net present value).
•Program and process development for office support function including executive communication and team recognition models and financial administrator of Supply Chain Services department $2 million operating budget.

Responsibilities
