SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

TOTAL CLIENT SATISFACTION:
A high profile project required intensive management. Client satisfaction was at stake as well as future projects from the client. Personally took the lead management role on the project.
 The project was completed with the client expressing total satisfaction and awarding additional projects to our team.

MAINTAIN ON-TIME SCHEDULES / BUDGET CONTROLS:
Production issues were adversely affecting budgets and schedules. Budgets were being blown and schedules were not being met. Analyzed and strategically reworked the production process.
 Achieved a 30% decrease in production time on the front end of projects.

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT:
Reference and standards information was in an unorganized format. The additional time required to find necessary information was eating into budgets and schedules. Spearheaded the reorganization and location of the necessary information.
 10% decrease in research and reference time which was passed on to the budgets and schedules of all projects.

HANDS-ON TRAINING:
Production staff needed training on newly adopted processes. Budgets and schedules were at stake. Trained staff during lunches to avoid interruption of production time.
 Training only cost the company a few lunches rather than hourly pay and impact on project budgets and schedules.

MULTI-PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
Morale needed to be lifted during an increase in work hours due to high project volume. Production was dropping, affecting budgets and schedules. Led fun lunches and dinners during this period to keep employees upbeat and productive.
 Morale was elevated and projects were completed on-time and under budget.

INCREASING EMPLOYEE MORALE AND PRODUCTIVITY:
A change in management had led to an intradepartmental conflict. Morale was low and valuable employees could be lost. Worked with upper management to mediate a solution that was acceptable to all involved parties.
Within a few weeks issues were resolved and production was back on the rise.
