Total work experience of around 24 years in Energy Distribution / Utility industry. 12 years of which is as supervisor. I have an extensive experience in implementing and managing projects and have a full knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, budget management, resource allocation, quality management, and documentation.

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:

SAP-HRIS: attendance monitoring & control through CATS daily;
check CATS upload logs daily;
encode leave applications;
encode overtime notices;
assign expense project for labor related charges;
books office personnel for training programs;
update employees' benefits;
prepare APAF for office personnel;
prepare timesheets & prepare tardiness report
MMS: prepares requisition of office supplies & materials;
prepares requisition for operation supplies & materials.
FMS: encode contractors' invoices for payment;
prepare payment order for petty cash disbursement;
execute approved petty cash payment orders.
MDMS: batch retired electric meter for disposal;
correct & update meter status at CMS through MDMS,
receive issued meters by Logistics through MDMS;
update status of issued meters at MDMS.
MSTS: receive issued meter seals through MSTS;
issue meter seals through MSTS;
update installation/removal of meter seals at CMS
OTMS: receives, records, analyzes, evaluates and settles/resolves operation complaints, inquiries and request from customers;
attend to more complex nature of complaints including actual field verification or settlement;
refer complaints that need further investigation/processing to other organizational units and closely monitor their progress;
assumes personal responsibility for each complaint received up to its full settlement/resolution;
communicate findings on such matter to customer/complainant concerned thru telephone, letter or in person;
prepares required reports on the processing and handling of complaint;
 CMS: receive and process application for electric service;
receive/analyzes/resolve billing related complaints of customers;
receive payment electric service and service deposits;
remit payments to bank.


Assist to Field Team

prepares stores requisition for supplies & materials for office use through MMS
prepares stores requisition for meters, meter accessories and meter sockets through FMS
prepare stores requisition for meter seal through MSTS
controls/monitors issuance and usage of supplies and materials.
determine stock re-order point
purchase materials needed by office which are unavailable at the Local Stores
prepares meter and meter seal usage report
prepares Store t6ransaction form for delivery of meter for Lab Test
prepares batching of meter at MDMS for return of pulled out meter to Meter Section
prepares meter & used meter seals for return to Meter Stores for proper disposal
oversees proper disposal of office scrap materials

Assist to Office Team

maintenance of office equipments (i.e. fire extinguisher, photocopier, computer equipments etc)
call maintenance for office equipments needing repair & maintenance
prepares gate pass for equipments & supplies to be brought out of office
pick-up of deposit/special refund checks at Accounts Payable
pick-up of first-aid supply at the company infirmary
pick-up of other items at Benefits
pick-up of pay slips at Salary Administration and distribution to employees
receive and sort office mail
receive and control letters from customers
prepare the needed materials and prepare the venue for office meetings
monitor and maintain the application of 5S in the office
