My name is Steve Tinsley, and I believe I have the qualifications your company is seeking. I have attached a copy of my resume. I have many years of experience in outside sales, including pharmaceutical and technological sales. I successfully ran my own startup business. As a pharmaceutical representative, I covered western Ky., Tn., Ms., and SE Mo. I was responsible for physician targets that included pulmonary disease specialists, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics. To date, I have developed excellent relationships with physicians, met or exceeded sales objectives for several branded products, exceeded call execution goals, and maintained PDMA compliance standards. Furthermore, I ranked in the top five of my company for the last threes quarters with an increase in market share. Along with my employment experience, I possess superior interpersonal abilities, and communications skills.

I enjoy the rewards of contributing my efforts while working closely with individuals in a team like setting to achieve mutual objectives. The bulk of my experience is in sales/ marketing and management. My earlies sales positions were in the building manterials industry. This lead to a management position with Home Depot in Miami. There through successful hiring/training our teams built 4 locations in south Florida. From there I was hired away to Keller industries for the distribution of windows, doors, and ladders. An opportunity in Tennessee allowed me to create a real estate business where properties were bought and sold in a 90 day period, this was before the term flipping was coined. After selling all properties a position to manage a family owned building material home supply was presented. My task was to turn the business around and prepare the 3 locations for sale. I saw an opportunity accepted the post turned the company around in 18 months with the successful sale of the company. At this point I started a new company in construction and remodeling. After 13 years the company and all properties were successfully sold. One of my clients was the sales manager of a pharmaceutical company. He was impressed with my abilities to bring a project in as promised and offered me the pharma sales position to open up a new territory in Mississippi. I found a passion for sales in the medical world. Success came in 14 months and was promoted to move back to western Ky and take over a 3 state territory. I became nationally ranked and lead in sales for the company until the time of the company's restructure and sale. Moving to DME I found the same familiarity with the medical community. Unfortunately this company needed an influx of cash that was not disclosed during the hiring process. Currently I am involved with a healthcare recruiter as a project coordinator

At Murray State I was fortunate to obtain a scholar ship for my first 3 semesters in graphic design. I decided I needed to move into the business arena and build skills in management and marketing. My senior in school life got in the way as I was married and my father's illness forced me to help with the family business. There have never been any regrets that I went immediately to work.

An ease with people to build relationships. I have the ability to be a quick study and grasp key points as to work with little supervision. Familiar with computer software and programs as to insure reports are completed on time.
