Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, and managing accounts payable and receivable. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles. The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our organization through meticulous account management and reporting.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
Familiarity with payroll processing and related regulations is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports for management review.
Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
