Job Description:
Implement various chat bot automation for largest telecom company using Straviso Global Cloud. Implement invoice processing automation in Oracle EBS R12 through Straviso Global Cloud. Develop Biometric Verification Automation for contact center agents to prevent fraud for new small business customer onboarding. Implement and configure automation of legacy CRM system for telecom company. Implement and configure field mobility solution for largest utility locate customer using Straviso Field Cloud. Build REST APIs Connectors using Straviso Integration Gateway for Integration with third party systems. Generate API documents for internal as well as external reference. Perform Transaction Data Analysis of Structured and Unstructured data utilizing Straviso Mongo and SQL Database through complex queries. Working with other business analysts to organize ideas into Pl, epics, stories, and product backlog in JIRA. Verify technical aspects of the projects like API connectivity, request-response structures, tables, etc. Perform impact analysis of the changes on the core platform functionality. Analyze technical scope, impacts, dependencies, and risks in an easy-to understand standardized format for the Dev, UI/UX, QA teams. Perform post deployment validation, communication and release notes/ change log. Build, monitor, and gauged success using Straviso dashboards and reports. Other duties as assigned. Use of Solutions Design for Automation with Artificial intelligence algorithms, leveraging deep knowledge of business process engineering, Oracle tools, Mongo DB, Graph QL, Python, RStudio, C# & RestAPI in Azure cloud ecosystem.

Job Requirements:
Minimum requirements
Education: Must possess a Master’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
Experience: 18 months in the position offered or a related position.
Special skills:
Aforementioned 18 months of experience must include the following:
Solutions Design for Automation with Artificial intelligence algorithms, leveraging deep knowledge of business process engineering, Oracle tools, Mongo DB, Graph QL, Python, RStudio,
C# & RestAPI in Azure cloud ecosystem.
