Job Description:
Maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and administering LANs, WANs, mainframe networks, and computer workstations, as well as managing Internet connections and peripheral equipment. They evaluate and install hardware and software, monitor system performance, provide user support, perform routine network operations, and conduct data backups and disaster recovery. They also perform security tests, quality controls, basic scripting tasks, and may supervise other workers.
