Job Duties:
• Manage and direct the daily operations of Armour Mountain Restaurant Pizza, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Decide on the types of food and beverages to offer and establish the necessary operational procedures for smooth running.
• Hire staff and oversee their training to ensure they meet service standards.
• Set employee schedules, monitor staff performance, and ensure effective team coordination.
• Control stock levels, track revenues, and adjust procedures or pricing as needed to maximize profitability.
• Address customer complaints, ensuring health, safety, and service standards are consistently met.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers for food, beverages, and other essentials to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
