Will Lead the comprehensive redesign of the entire product, improving usability and modernizing the interface through user-centered design principles; customize and ensure the correct implementation of Design System components, maintaining consistent styles, interactions, and behaviors; manage design QA, track Jira tasks, and collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams; design intuitive UX/UI components that streamlined workflows and enhanced user engagement; present design concepts with pros/cons analysis, driving collaborative decision-making; advocate for user needs by translating feedback into actionable design updates, boosting product usability and satisfaction.
