The Administrative Human Resources Staff will provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.



Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee records and maintain HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.

Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy updates.

Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.

Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Support performance appraisal processes and track deadlines.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or office administration.

Familiarity with HR software (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR) is a plus.

Strong knowledge of US labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Work Environment:

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.
