Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development:

Negotiate terms and manage ongoing relationships to ensure long-term, mutually beneficial outcomes.

Market Expansion:
Identify new geographic and demographic markets with high potential for expansion, especially within high-net-worth consumer segments.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to tailor offerings and campaigns to meet the needs of new and existing markets.
Guide market entry strategies for launching new product categories or entering emerging regions.

Trend Analysis & Product Alignment:
Stay ahead of trends in luxury fashion, beauty, and personal care, providing insights that inform business development strategies.
Collaborate with the product team to ensure offerings are aligned with customer demand, focusing on exclusive collections, limited-edition releases, and influencer-driven trends.

Revenue Generation & Performance Tracking:
Drive business growth through innovative partnerships, client acquisition, and market development initiatives.
Set clear goals and performance metrics for business development activities, consistently tracking results and adjusting strategies to optimize success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure alignment between business development strategies and company-wide goals.
Support product launches and marketing campaigns by ensuring strong partner and influencer involvement to increase visibility and sales.

Reporting & Analytics:
Regularly report on business development activities, market trends, and partnership performance.

Job Requirements:
Required Experience:
5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or partnership strategy, preferably within luxury fashion, beauty, or personal care.

Proven track record in identifying and cultivating partnerships, negotiating contracts, and driving business growth.

Experience in working with luxury brands, retailers, influencers, and other key industry players.

Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the luxury fashion and beauty markets, including emerging trends, consumer behavior, and influencer-driven sales.
Deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, and experience navigating high-end consumer segments and e-commerce channels.

Relationship-Building Skills:
Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities with high-profile stakeholders in the luxury sector.

Demonstrated success in negotiating and securing long-term strategic partnerships.

Strategic Thinker:
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to identify new business opportunities, create actionable plans, and lead cross-functional teams to execution.
Skilled in market analysis, trend forecasting, and competitor analysis.

Communication & Negotiation Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and drive change.

Leadership & Teamwork:
