Employer: Private Household
Position: Home Support Worker
Terms of Employment: Full-time / Permanent
Location: Bamburgh Circle, Toronto Ontario
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00-12:00, 14:00-17:00, 35 hours per week, flexible hours needed.
Language: English
Salary: $22 CAD/hour

Duties:
• Provide daily companionship for the individual.
• Assist with dressing and grooming to ensure comfort and dignity.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals based on dietary preferences and health considerations.
• Administer prescribed medications on schedule and monitor for any side effects or concerns.
• Accompany the individual on outdoor walks and clinic visit.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, dishwashing, and bed-making as needed.
Job Requirements:
• College or other courses in home support;
• Have previous experience in home care preferred;
• Reliable and has excellent communication skills;
• Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends, if needed.
