Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee, plan, and schedule the work of carpenters who build, renovate, and maintain structures made of wood and other building materials as well as install interior finishing in homes, businesses, and industries.
Create strategies for complying to work schedules and coordinating tasks with other departments.
Request supplies and materials
Address issues at work and provide solutions to boost output.
Provide employee training or make arrangements for it;
Recommend personnel actions like promotions and hires.
Make sure that the guidelines for safe working conditions are followed.
Create timetables and other reports.
May also plan, direct, and oversee the work of associated laborers, assistants, and apprentices.
Job Requirements:
Completion of High school education.
One year or more experience as a Carpenter.
