Job Description:
Drive forward specific areas of technology architecture. Provide architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation. Design, engineering, reuse, application of patterns, and create Enabler Epics for the architectures that comprise the solutions in a portfolio. Provide strategic technical direction across value Solution Trains and ARTs to ensure the organization can take advantage of emerging opportunities while responding to and mitigating threats. Offer guidance for Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and Solution Trains. Lead development process and projects within architecture. Work with Product Owner/Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features. Support multiple Agile Scrum Team with planning, scoping and creation of technical solutions for the new product capabilities, through continuous delivery to production. Apply Customer-Centric mindset to their work when considering architectural choices. Engage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions. Play a direct role in client communications and expectation/scope management. Participate in requirements analysis and documentation and development of acceptance criteria. Ensure deliverables are of the highest quality to promote client satisfaction. Play a consulting role for specific areas of domain expertise, working towards industry visibility. Work with project and account managers to build project plans and timelines. Demonstrate broad technical knowledge, impacting significant technical direction, exerting influence outside of the immediate team and driving change. Demonstrate respect for and responsiveness to our clients and colleagues. Contribute to and execute on processes and practices towards delivery excellence, team happiness and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field, plus two (2) years of software engineering experience architecting and developing Sitecore end-to-end solutions.
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
This position also requires at least 24 months of experience in: Sitecore DMS and ECM; Security Administration; System Administration; ASP.NET Framework; xDB; and Unicorn and Team Development for Sitecore (TDS).
