Job Description:
1371123 BC Ltd. operating as We Care Pharmacy #2 located at 13588 88 Ave, Suite 110, Surrey, British Columbia, V3W 3K8 urgently requires one permanent & full-time Pharmacy Assistant. We welcome and encourage Youth, New immigrants, and Aboriginal people to apply.
Job Duties:
• Assist pharmacists and other pharmacy workers in the packaging and labelling of pharmaceutical products.
• Process customer transactions and release prescribed medicine to customers.
• Assist in keeping track of prescription history and pharmaceutical and drug stocks.
• Taking prescriptions in person from patients and taking phone refill requests.
• Carry out clerical works including, filing prescriptions, invoices, reports, correspondence and memos and complete any administrative support functions assigned.
• As needed, provide assistance with other activities such as ordering, receiving and maintaining inventory.
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of High School is required.
Experience: No experience required. On-job training will be provided.
Language: English is required.
Number of Positions: 1
Wage: $35.00 per hour for 40 hours per week along with 4% Vacation Pay.
