Job Description:
A Process Engineer is needed in Opelika, Alabama
• Analyze process control standards and sequences for manufacturing assembly process of au-tomotive parts, such as console, steering wheel, wheel cover, and hup cap.
• Design manufacturing methods, layout of equipment, sequence of operations, and workspace based on production schedules, engineering technologies, and project specification to pro-duce maximum efficiency during production.
• Design quality control procedures and activities to increase production quality and minimize costs.
• Implement and evaluate regulatory testing and sampling systems to ensure precision and ac-curacy of manufacturing process.
• Analyze statistical data and production specifications to determine quality and reliability of finished products.
• Confer with clients and management to negotiate purchases, production specifications, man-ufacturing methods, or production costs.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related field of study.
