Position Title: Network Security Engineer
Location: 175 Addison Rd, Ste. 6F, Windsor, CT 06095 and unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.
Position Responsibilities: Build, implement and configure network devices. Write, modify, cleanup Access Control Lists (ACLs) as required, in secure data center environment. Investigate and troubleshoot incidents related to network outages. Work on Python Scripts for ACL validation and automation. Discover and mitigate security related issues while maintaining PCI standards.
Position Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field, PLUS two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: VLANs; Ether Channel; IPSec; STP; RSTP; RIP; EIGRP; OSPF; BGP; network firewall configuration; VPNs; RADIUS; TACACS; Encryption; Digital Certificate; migration of network devices to new infrastructure; SPLUNK; Github; RedSeal; Tufin; Wireshark; SolarWinds; Python; APIs; developing script for network automation, and; Cloud Network Infrastructure. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. approximately 30% as required. May telecommute from any location within the U.S.
