Duties:

1- Provide troubleshooting and repairing of test systems

2- Provide pre-sales technical support to articulate product functionality and features.

3- Maintain Product Demos with operational equipment.

4- Conduct product demonstrations / training at BAE and to Customers

5- Diagnose and debug customer technical problems.

6- Read schematics, apply electronic theory to customer issues involving BAE test systems.

7- Diligent in solving and following up on customer issues.

8- Continuous review of process for improvements.

9- Space flight test system integration
