Job Description:
A Senior Production Manager is needed in El Paso, Texas.
Manage and oversee daily production activities of manufacturing automotive parts including airbag cushions, seat coverings, and various fabric materials for automotive seats and head linings. Establish and set production goals, objectives, and budgets for production operations. Maintain production process by utilizing human resources, materials, production systems, and equipment. Review and identify production engineering system malfunctions to recommend engineering modifications and replacement for increasing production effectiveness. Direct production engineering procedures to ensure production operations are following a timely and cost-effective manner. Determine efficient production methods and coordinate production schedules to achieve production goals and objectives. Direct implementation of newly developed engineering technology and system in production process to ensure its proper operation. Manage proper compliance with all state and federal government regulatory requirements in operation of production facilities.
Job Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and 3 years of experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry.
