Job Description:
Provide specialized knowledge of biomedical engineering products, assisting sales teams by conveying technical information to customers; Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to highlight product features and benefits;
Actively engage with customers to gather feedback on product performance and usability; Respond to inquiries and provide technical support, ensuring customers fully understand product applications; Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive products; Analyze trends and provide recommendations for product improvements and new development opportunities based on market demands; Work closely with engineering and R&D teams to communicate customer feedback and product requirements; Assist in defining product specifications and support the development of marketing materials; Maintain comprehensive documentation, including product specifications, technical reports, and customer feedback summaries;
Ensure all documents are accurate and up-to-date to support product development and marketing efforts; Assist in ensuring that biomedical engineering products comply with relevant regulatory requirements, including documentation for submissions and approvals; Stay updated on industry regulations to ensure compliance.
