Job Description:
Maintenance Technician Mechanic Electrician Beverage Bottling Water Filtering Mixers Blenders Carbonators Automated Bottle Fillers Cappers Labelers Boxers PLCs HMIs Motors Rotary & Linear Motion Componenets Hydraulics Pneumatics _ .
Seeking experienced Maintenance Mechanic with ability to service beverage manufacturing and packaging machinery and related auxiliary equipment.

Activities:
*** Work with a team of maintenance technicians and mechanics to service, repair and maintain 24 production lines.
*** Clean machines and dies after jobs, replace dies and note any defects or cracks in them.
*** Replace new components, order replacements from company contacts in the aftermarket industry.
Requirements:
*** 5+ years hands-on maintenance of plastic thermoforming machinery.
*** Ability to service machines such as:
Aeseptic Beverage Packaging Equipment - Carton, Juice Box and Bottle:
*** Beverage Carton & Box Form Fill & Seal Lines
*** PET Bottles Air Conveyors
*** Bottle Washers
*** Aeseptic Liquid Fillers
*** Carbonators
*** Cappers
*** Labelers:

*** Sleevers
*** Autonomous Inspection Units
