Job Description:
Job Duties: Product Management Specialist is responsible for the development and execution of GenScript’s new product development roadmap and management. Develops new product development roadmap for GenScript’s products. The individual will collaborate closely with stakeholders in different functions (Production, R&D, Finance, Logistics, Sales & Tech Support, etc.) on individual new product development projects. Will Support production stakeholders in management of existing business by servicing as the Customer’s advocate and building consensus. Will be product owner and champion of product or service line, and advocate for customer. Will conduct primary market research to understand technology and market trends.Telecommuting or remote work from any US location is permissible. Employee is not required to work from a specific geographic location or travel to/from headquarters.
Job Requirements:
Requirements: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in life science field, including biochemistry, biology, biomedical sciences, or closely related plus one (1) year of experience as Product Management Specialist, Associate Product Manager, Sales Executive, or closely related product management, marketing or commercial experience. Specific Requirements: Must have ability to quickly and critically analyze technical and non-technical data and draw conclusions, as evidenced by one (1) year of experience. Minimum one (1) year of experience synthesizing varying sources of data and market intelligence to develop forecasts, customer personas, and specifications. Must have at least one year of demonstrated experience with: Excellent interpersonal communication skills; Ability to work within a team as well as independently; being self-motivated and driven; meeting deadlines and/or targets; and being adept at handling pressure and working under stress.
