Job Description:
Maintenance Technician Mechanic Electrician Beverage Bottling Water Filtering Mixers Blenders Carbonators Automated Bottle Fillers Cappers Labelers Boxers PLCs HMIs Motors Rotary & Linear Motion Componenets Hydraulics Pneumatics _ .
Seeking individual with a passion for all things mechanical and experience performing maintenance procedures and repairs to automated batch processing, assembly and packaging machinery.
Activities:
*** Perform regular maintenance on beverage processing and packaging machinery.
*** Tune, troubleshoot and repair robotic pick and place systems.
*** Perform facility wide maintenance activities for all support systems.
*** Ensure robotic arms, vision systems, packing and weighing equipment are operational.
Ideal Experience:
*** 3+ years maintenance experience in a highly automated factory environment.
*** Ability to troubleshoot PLCs and modify logic.
*** Familiarity with maintaining and repairing automated filli8ng, capping and labeling machinery.
