Job Description:
**Civil Work(road and bridge construction, Handling heavy loads etc.)**
-Tasks Include:
1.Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment
2.Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications
3.Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment
4.Fit, braze and torch-straighten metal
5.Operate oxygen arc cutting equipment (arc-air), (AOC)
6.Determine weldability of materials
7.Operate hoisting and lifting equipment
8.Operate previously set-up brazing or soldering machines to bond metal or to
fill holes, indentations and seams of metal
Job Requirements:
**Must have Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience**
-Experience in:
Aluminum alloys
Copper and copper alloys
Stainless steel
Steel, iron and heavy metals
-Area of specialization:
Machinery or equipment repair
Large diameter pipelines
Structural construction
Process piping
