Job Requirements:
Responsibilities:
• Set short-term and long-term goals for the company and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Delegate responsibilities to employees while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high cleanliness and customer satisfaction standards.
• Develop promotional activities and marketing campaigns while creating and implementing strategies to acquire and retain new clients.
• Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and supplies, to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness in service delivery.
• Oversee the financial aspects such as creating and controlling the budget, estimating expenses, tracking costs, and ensuring that the company operates within the allocated budget.
• Recruit, interview, and hire cleaning staff. Provide training and development programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable and skilled.
• Provide regular updates to the company director on operational performance, financial health, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present proposals and bids for new contracts, and customize services to fit the specific needs of existing contracts.
