Job Description: PBNJ Consulting was founded with the sole objective of bringing top quality, professional and reliable IT services, computer support and web solutions to businesses in the GTA. At this time, PBNJ Consulting is looking for skilled and qualified User Support Technicians who want to further their career in the tech industry. Technicians are required to provide technical assistance to clients who are having issues with their computer hardware, software, or communications. Responsibilities include consulting user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions. Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties. Collect, organize and maintain problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts. Participate in redesign of applications and other software. Provide business systems, network and internet support to users in response to identified challenges. Set up equipment for clients, employees and ensure proper installation of cables, operating systems or appropriate software.
