Job Description:
Key-West Asphalt (333) Ltd. is looking for 2 Construction project coordinators for full time permanent position in the company. Following is the job description and requirements for the position. If eligible, please contact Key-West Asphalt (333) Ltd. We are looking forward for your resumes.
Salary: $48.10/hour for 32-40 hours/week
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Specific Skills:
Coordinate subcontractors activities
Evaluate daily operations
Plan and organize daily operations
Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
Plan and manage budgets
Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
Develop and implement quality control programs
Oversee the analysis of data and information
Prepare reports
Ability to Supervise:
5-10 people
