Are you an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist seeking a professional and supportive environment where you can grow in your craft? Earth Breath Yoga, a grassroots massage and yoga studio in Beaverton, Oregon, is looking for dedicated LMTs to join our team as employees. About the Position
At Earth Breath Yoga, we take care of the logistics so you can focus on what you do bestproviding outstanding massage therapy. From marketing to client scheduling, weve got it covered, leaving you free to excel in your practice and connect with clients.
Compensation
$45.50 per massage hour (opportunity for raises)
$15 per hour between sessions
Tips: Average tips range from $10$30 per hour, significantly increasing your earning potential
Additional bonuses: Range from $10$20 for client memberships and other incentives
Paid training and meetings
Shift Details
We are currently seeking several therapists to fill the following shifts:
Saturday - Tuesday Morning: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Saturday - Tuesday Afternoon: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Wednesday - Friday Afternoon: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Session Timing: 15-minute breaks between clients to ensure quality care and preparation
Job Requirements:

Were seeking experienced LMTs who view massage therapy as their profession and take pride in their work. Our ideal candidate is:
Experienced and Proven: Has 2 years of consistent work as a massage therapist and relevant work experience
Well-groomed, tidy, and professional
Empathetic, friendly, and easy to talk to
Positive, with a can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Personable, with excellent customer service and outstanding communication skills
Comfortable with technology and able to work with minimal supervision
Growth mindset and a desire to continually improve
Focused on health and well-being, living as a student of life
Reliable, dependable, and ethical
Dedicated to creating exceptional client experiences
Beaverton local or close by surrounding area (SW Portland, Tigard, Aloha, Hillsboro)
Possesses a current Oregon Massage Therapy license (required)
