Job Description:
EMPQ Support is needed to perform the following duties:
· Responsible for ensuring that products or services consistently meet established quality standards by monitoring production processes, inspecting manufactured goods, identifying potential risks or issues, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high quality levels across all operations.
· Performing regular quality audits and inspections of products, processes and documentation to identify non-compliance issues and potential risks.
· Collecting, analyzing quality data, and generating reports to track performance metrics, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
· Investigating quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
· Providing training to employees on quality standards, procedures, and reporting mechanisms.
· Ensuring adherence to relevant industry regulations and quality standards.
· Working closely with production (Manufacturing) team, engineering, customer service, and management to identify and address SSquality concerns.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree is required in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering.
