Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage lending, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Loan Officer at Loan Factory, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the loan application process, from initial consultation to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources.
- Evaluate clients' financial information and determine their borrowing needs.
- Educate clients on various loan products and recommend suitable options.
- Assist clients in completing loan applications and gather necessary documentation.
- Work closely with underwriters and processors to ensure timely and accurate loan processing.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in loan products.
