Job Description:
Nanny
Roles and Responsibilities:
Bathe, dress and feed the client
Prepare clients meals as requested and agreed by the parents
Discipline client according to the methods requested by the parents
Instruct client in personal hygiene
Provide a caring, safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
Tend to emotional well-being of client and support social development
Provide age-appropriate activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings
Take the client to and from school and to appointments
Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding client if requested
Requirements:
1 to 7 months of experience
Completion of secondary school
Must be reliable and able to care for children with kindness and patience
Demonstrate good judgement and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Work conditions:
Physically demanding
Repetitive tasks
