Job Description:
1. Lead and manage multiple long range information projects involving data analysis by establishing and monitoring program priorities, objectives, and procedures and determine area objectives, targets of service, and resource needs allocation;
2. Develop project scope, cost estimates, human resource requirements, work plans, time schedules, communication plans, and makes work assignments to meet project or program objectives and escalates impediments, manage risk, helps ensure value delivery, and help drive relentless improvement;
3. Provide guidance to the functional team so that tasks are coordinated for project scope and quality control, communication and change control management, and risk and issue management;
4. Participate in analysis of IT solutions by tracking the execution of features and capabilities using metrics, escalating and tracking impediments; and
5. (1) Devise and utilize algorithms and models to mine big-data stores; (2) perform data and error analysis to improve models; and (3) clean and validate data for uniformity and accuracy.
