Application Developer - AI at Innovative Global Talent Agency
Are you passionate about developing AI-enhanced applications and working with cutting-edge technology? Innovative Global Talent Agency is looking for an Application Developer to join our dynamic Application Delivery team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting custom AI-driven applications, primarily focused on the Microsoft .NET/SQL technical stack and hosted on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
As part of our team, you’ll collaborate closely with internal customers, researchers, and project team members, including QA, project management, operations, and information security, to analyze requirements and develop complex solutions within tight budgets and timelines. What You’ll Be Doing
Developing .NET-based applications using technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Web Services, JavaScript, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and more.
Working across all major application tiers, with a focus on web-based applications and APIs.
Designing and developing SQL databases, including complex queries, handling large data sets, and optimizing performance.
Utilizing modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies to enhance application functionality.
Following best practices in application architecture, cloud-based computing, coding standards, design patterns, security, and QA.
Documenting requirements and producing technical documentation such as process diagrams, data models, and system architecture diagrams.
Contributing to Agile/Scrum/Lean development processes and tracking tasks in systems like Jira.
Adapting to changing business priorities while maintaining a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
You’re Probably a Match If You Have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience developing .NET-based applications, with a strong foundation in C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and web technologies.
SQL database development skills, including database design and performance tuning.
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and familiarity with cloud-based computing, coding standards, and security best practices.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
A generalist/full-stack developer mindset, with the ability to contribute to all areas including rapid prototyping, user interface, API, database, builds, deployments, and server configuration.
Experience designing and developing Microsoft Azure cloud-native applications using PaaS offerings such as App Service Plans, Functions, SQL Database, and more.
Knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts, architectures, and techniques, including machine learning and generative AI.
Experience implementing and integrating AI-driven solutions using technologies like Python, LangChain, OpenAI REST APIs, and Jupyter Notebooks.
Experience architecting complex software solutions and leading or managing small projects.
