Permanent Position: Business general manager (NOC #0014)

Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible.
Location: #105 13585 16 Ave, Surrey, BC, V4A 1P6
Wage Rate: $50.00 Hourly, for 40 Hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Education: Bachelors degree required.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience
Languages: English
Type of Industry Experience: Administrative, managerial
Job Duties:
Develop and implement plans for new material and equipment acquisitions and future staffing levels
Establish objectives for the organization
Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs; establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall personnel planning
Select other executive staff
Co-ordinate the work of departments
Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
Ensure adherence to company procedures and policies.
Ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
Overseas the management of finance, marketing, human resources of the organization.
