Job duties
• Strategic planning to improve and implement safety, environmental compliance, workforce engagement and reliability in day-to-day operations of the company
• Analyse productivity and goal achievement, determining areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements in order to meet production targets
• Establish and implement operational policies, goals, objectives, and procedures
• Actively manage staff, engaging members and creating a culture that fosters growth and operational excellence
• Establish effective budgets, production schedules and machinery maintenance schedules.
